HELLO, I'M

Jesse Shafer

YOUR DATA SAFETY                AND SECURITY IS MY                           PASSION.

                                                   About Me

Ever since I can remember I have always been fascinated by technology. I remember instinctively running down to my mailbox at the beginning of every month to retrieve EGM (Electronic Gaming Monthly). I didn't know it then but I know for sure now that my dreams would come true and I would be involved with helping and protecting everyday users of  leading edge technology.

I started out my work experience in retail as a Department Manager while working for a degree in Graphic Design at Ohio University. Long story short I left OU with only a few credit hours left to finish and pursued a full time career in administrative and operations management. Throughout several years I've been able to work for wonderful and leading edge technological companies such as Amazon, Ohio State University, Lowe's, Home Depot, Trinity Health, and PNC Bank. I committed to working full time all while going back to school at DeVry University full time and pursuing my dreams of finishing school while raising four awesome children. I now have an associates and bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems with a specialization in Cyber Security Programming.

After putting away countless hours in as a contractor, I'm am now working as an FTE at WOW! internet and cable as a NOC Technician. I have achieved many goals and have plans for reaching so many more. Feel free to visit my web portfolio where we can share and converse in our passion about technology and cyber security. Let me take you along the journey and the new skill sets I have acquired and adapted with so far.

Thank you,

Jesse
